Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Mercator account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
